Frame: Complete jig-welded original style 4” round tube frame. Includes all mounts ready to accept small block Ford and 1987-2004 Mustang running gear. Kit can be ordered to accept a wide variety of engines/suspensions.

    • Comes powdercoated in gloss black
    • Includes three point roll bar powdercoated to match
    • Includes mounts to accept passenger side roll bar.

  • Body: Hand laid 3/16” laminate composite body and panels made with vinylester resin.
    • Driver and Passenger doors with new moulded door liners
    • Bonnet with new moulded liner, and centred hood scoop
    • Bootlid with new moulded liner and improved mount face for number plate light.
    • Includes secondary body fasteners assembly.
      • Adhesive backed and foam weatherstrip
      • C-channel door edge trim and fasteners
      • Plastic end caps and body u-nut fasteners
      • Boot and engine bay seal, push on rubber bulb seal
      • Rubber bonnet and bootlid bumpers

  • Chassis Aluminium Panels: Includes over 40 CNC cut, pre-formed 6061-T6 aluminium panels for cockpit, boot and engine bay.
    • 1200 pre-packaged rivets1/8” short & long, 3/16” short & long
    • Complete Mk3 cockpit aluminium with optional block-off plates and patch covers
    • Engine bay aluminium assembly with aluminium nose sections and splash guards
    • Aluminium boot liner has been replaced by moulded boot liner

  • Complete Front Suspension: Unequal length A-arm control arms with coil-over shock suspension. Comes complete with all parts and fasteners.
    • Koni brand high performance mono-tube, rod-end shock absorbers
    • Coil-over kit for Koni dampers including spring hat, threaded seat and 500lb. black powdercoated performance springs
    • Adjustable upper control arms with ball joints and fasteners
    • Lower tubular control arms with ball joints and fasteners
    • Grade-8 mounting hardware.

  • Complete Rear Suspension: Independent rear suspension with new Ford Racing 8.8” differential with posi-traction and 3.55 gears. Comes with all fasteners and hardware required to install.
    • Koni brand high performance mono-tube, rod-end shock absorbers
    • Coil-over kit for Koni dampers including spring hat, threaded seat and 350lb. black powdercoated performance springs
    • Factory Five tubular adjustable rear lower control arms, w/polyurethane bushings and fasteners

  • Complete Front/Rear Brake Kit:
    • S/N 95 style spindles and spindle adapter bracket w/fasteners

  • Complete Steering System: Complete steering system using 15:1 manual rack from tie rod ends and fasteners to vintage steering wheel and badges. Collapsible design.

  • Complete Fuel System/Parts: Based on OEM style fuel tank and system, this assembly provides everything from the petrol cap to the lines, and is designed to work with carburettors or fuel injection systems. External fuel pump required.
    • OEM style fuel tank w/mounting straps and hardware, vents, gaskets, pick-up and fuel level sending unit
    • Fuel lines, connectors, filler neck and fasteners
    • Pre-flared fuel lines (1/4” and 5/16”) w/unions, barbs, hose clamps and high press flex lines and fasteners
    • Aston LeMans style polished aluminium fuel cap with integral pressure cap, gaskets, ground strap, fuel hose to tank w/fasteners.

  • Complete Cooling System/Parts: Electric cooling fan and mounting hardware, extensions for radiator hoses, and all necessary fasteners.
